Green Ignite-Standard 6-Year Warranty Agreement

This document outlines the warranty agreement (‘Warranty’) between Green Ignite Inc. and the purchaser (‘Buyer’) for the purchase of Commercial/Industrial and Explosion-Proof LED Lighting Products.

Covered Product- Green Ignite Inc. Commercial/Industrial and Explosion-Proof LED Lighting Products.

Warranty Coverage- Green Ignite Covered Products come with a warranty that guarantees their freedom from material and workmanship defects for a maximum of 6 years or 20,000 hours, whichever occurs first, starting from the initial shipment date. Throughout this warranty timeframe, Green Ignite Inc. is committed to repairing or replacing, at no cost (FOB origin), any part found to be defective in material or workmanship. It's important to note that all Explosion-Proof LED products benefit from an extended 6-year warranty with no restrictions on operating hours. Additionally, special order items are warranted for up to one year from the original purchase date.

 Warranty Exclusions- This warranty does not cover the following costs, repairs, or services: (a) Service calls to rectify the installation of the Covered Product or to provide product usage instructions to the Buyer. (b) Repairs necessitated by use beyond normal operating conditions. (c) Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, acts of nature, alterations, or improper installation. (d) Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than Green Ignite Inc. authorized service technician.

How to Obtain Warranty Service - The Buyer is advised to carefully package the Covered Product, preferably using the original packing materials, and deliver it, along with the Return Material Authorization (RMA) to Green Ignite Inc. It is recommended that the Buyer insures the package and requests a return receipt. Green Ignite Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost or misplaced products during shipment.

The return of the product must be accompanied by Green Ignite Inc.'s Return Material Authorization (RMA). The Buyer must provide written notice of any defect within a maximum of six (6) years from the date of shipment. The Buyer must also grant Green Ignite Inc. access to the goods and the buyer's relevant data records.

Disclaimer - This warranty pertains solely to the goods and does not extend to any combination or assembly of the goods, or any services provided by Green Ignite Inc. The Seller does not offer any warranty other than the one outlined herein. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of fitness for a specific purpose.
